This Master Bathroom renovation included removing outdated fixtures and finishes, relocating the shower and tub, and creating a lighter brighter space. Tongue and Groove 1" x 6" V joint pine planks were applied to the walls and ceilings and painted white. Schluter tile backer and linear drain were used in the curb-less shower. Rainhead shower, and bath fixtures in Moen oil rubbed bronze finish.

The house is lovely a midcentury ranch set on a sprawling lot. They had saved some photos to Pinterest as inspiration as a starting point so we set out to put all those pieces together. Notice all the wasted space in the hallway by the closet in the before picture? Well, we decided to incorporate that area into the bathroom itself so that we could have extra room for cabinets as well as the light and view from the window to the great outdoors. We mixed metals — chrome fixtures and lighting and black hardware and mirrors. We kept the rest of the materials neutral since it’s a smaller space. The homeowners needed storage, so we did a double vanity with a linen cabinet at one end. We installed an acrylic tub with simple white subway tile and a storage niche for shampoo. The end result is fresh, clean and functional. 123 Remodeling’s design-build team gave this bathroom in Bucktown (Chicago, IL) a facelift by installing new tile, mirrors, light fixtures, and a new countertop. We reused the existing vanity, shower fixtures, faucets, and toilet that were all in good condition. We incorporated a beautiful blue blended tile as an accent wall to pop against the rest of the neutral tiles. Lastly, we added a shower bench and a sliding glass shower door giving this client the coastal bathroom of their dreams.

Top-Notch Renovations partially removed the water closet wall to make room for a walk-in frameless glass shower. Leaving the partial wall beside the toilet still allows for privacy. Using light faux wood tile on the floors, painting the cabinets white, and installing a lighter tone countertop took a dark bathroom and made it more open and inviting. Large format porcelain tiles are on the walls in a wave relief pattern that bring the beach inside. The counter-top is stunning with a waterfall edge over the vanity in soft wisps of warm earth tones made of easy care engineered quartz. This homeowner now loves getting ready for their day.
