An updated master bathroom in a vintage 1900 cottage. The plinth based freestanding tub gives an original vintage feel to the room and the modern glassed-in shower adds 21st century amenities with a corner bench, rain shower head, hand held sprayer, and matching decorative grab bars providing safety features. Although the tile looks like marble it is actually easy care porcelain. Cabinetry and beaded wainscoting was designed to look original to the period and all moldings were matched to the homes original. Guest Bathroom - This Guest bathroom offers a tub/shower and large vanity in one room and across the hall is a powder room with a small vanity and toilet. The large white tile in the tub area are stacked to offer a very clean look. The client wanted a glass door but without the track. We installed a swing door that covers about half the tub area. The vanities have flat door and drawer fronts for a very clean transitional looks that is accented with round brass hardware. The mirror is built-in to a featured tile wall and framed by two alabaster sconces. The dark blue tile floor complements the vanities and the age of the overall home. The powder room features three floating shelves for décor and storage.

A regular rectangular undermount sink with Vesi widespread lavatory faucet in brushed nickel. A Cardinal shower with partition in clear glass with brushed nickel hardware. Mansfield Pro-fit Air Massage bath and Brizo Transitional Hydrati shower with h2Okinetic technology in brushed nickel. Kohler Cimarron comfort height toilet in white.

Quick and easy update with to a full guest bathroom we did in conjunction with the owner's suite bathroom with Landmark Remodeling. We made sure that the changes were cost effective and still had a wow factor to them. We did a luxury vinyl plank to save money and did a tiled shower surround with decorative feature to heighten the finish level. We also did mixed metals and an equal balance of tan and gray to keep it from being trendy.
