Nest Designs created the floor-plan for this master bathroom, designed the floating vanities and selected all the finish materials for this space. The passage between the two vanities leads to the toilet on the left (behind the closed door) and the master shower on the right (not pictured). Just beyond those walls is the entrance to the master closet.
The wall mounted, custom designed vanities allowed us to use LED tape on the bottom of the cabinets. The homeowner can leave the LED lights on in the evening for use as a night light to guide the way through the bathroom. My client asked for lighted mirrors and I sourced out the Electric Mirrors for this project. I think these mirrors are the perfect size and look for the space. 12x24 Zera tile was used on the floor. We used TECH cable lighting overhead, quartz counter-tops, top mounted sinks, Brizo faucets and brushed nickel drawer pulls. This bathroom has great flow from one area into another.

transFORM Home
Getting up in the morning to face the challenges of the day isn’t always easy but a well-organized dressing room can help. It not only reflects your sense of style, but also provides a sense of calm and order - everything is in its place. Featured in an anigre wood finish, this unit is an example of traditional elegance. Decorative crown molding and base molding provide top and bottom accents. The center island provides additional drawers, seating and his-and-her tilt-out laundry baskets. This design also includes a double dresser unit with frosted-glass upper cabinet doors. Decorative door and drawer faces add a classic accent to an already elegant room. Sliding chrome racks extend and retract for easier access to ties and belts. Dual-purpose drawers can be designed to hold your delicate button down shirts, which makes for easy viewing and selecting. You’ll feel like a star while getting a better sense of your look with transFORM’s pull-out wardrobe mirror. It swivels to provide comfortable viewing at any angle. Fixed racks keep your favorite accessories on easy-to-view display while pull-down hanging rods let you maximize available storage space at hard-to-reach heights. Lockable, easy-to-access velvet lined jewelry drawers allow you to pick the pieces that go best with whatever you’ll be wearing. With a broad range of styles, materials and storage options to choose from, organization has never looked better.

This is a custom home that was designed and built by a super Tucson team. We remember walking on the dirt lot thinking of what would one day grow from the Tucson desert. We could not have been happier with the result.
This home has a Southwest feel with a masculine transitional look. We used many regional materials and our custom millwork was mesquite. The home is warm, inviting, and relaxing. The interior furnishings are understated so as to not take away from the breathtaking desert views.
The floors are stained and scored concrete and walls are a mixture of plaster and masonry.
Southwest inspired kitchen with custom cabinets and clean lines.

New Construction-
The big challenge of this kitchen was the lack of wall cabinet space due to the large number of windows, and the client’s desire to have furniture in the kitchen . The view over a private lake is worth the trade, but finding a place to put dishes and glasses became problematic. The house was designed by Architect, Jack Jenkins and he allowed for a walk in pantry around the corner that accommodates smaller countertop appliances, food and a second refrigerator. Back at the Kitchen, Dishes & glasses were placed in drawers that were customized to accommodate taller tumblers. Base cabinets included rollout drawers to maximize the storage. The bookcase acts as a mini-drop off for keys on the way out the door. A second oven was placed on the island, so the microwave could be placed higher than countertop level on one of the only walls in the kitchen. Wall space was exclusively dedicated to appliances. The furniture pcs in the kitchen was selected and designed into the plan with dish storage in mind, but feels spontaneous in this casual and warm space.
Homeowners have grown children, who are often home. Their extended family is very large family. Father’s Day they had a small gathering of 24 people, so the kitchen was the heart of activity. The house has a very restful feel and casually entertain often.Multiple work zones for multiple people. Plenty of space to lay out buffet style meals for large gatherings.Sconces at window, slat board walls, brick tile backsplash,
