Inspiration for a small tropical loft-style family room remodel in Other with beige walls and a wall-mounted tv

This couple spent their honeymoon in Hawaii and they wanted to incorporate that tropical feel into their bathroom. We created a custom palm tree mosaic and added a little dimension by letting it break through the frame. We added rain glass to the shower and gave the cabinets a nice dark wood look. We made sure to add lots of plants to give it a touch of green and finished it off with artwork purchased on their honeymoon.

Contained in a small courtyard, this intimate garden includes a full sized lounge chair along with an outdoor shower and full bath. The Herbert S. Frank Special Award recognizes exceptional design, unique use of materials and quality of construction in a residential landscape. Granted at the discretion of the California Landscape Contractors Association judges, this award is not necessarily given each year at the Trophy Awards event. In 2014, Confidence Landscaping, Inc. earned this important honor that carries the highly respected name of one of the founding members of the CLCA - San Francisco Bay Area chapter.

This custom closet system in Roman Walnut includes adjustable shelving and a storage hutch. The sliding closet doors with milky glass conceal the closet when not in use. The adjacent dresser features a Colorfuse printed wave image on the flat cabinet door, as well as a 2-tone woodgrain finish that compliments the closet system.

The homeowner has a time share in Hawaii and wanted to bring some of his tropical time into his home with this Tiki bar. An old hutch was re-purposed for the back bar. New plumbing was run for the back bar sink and the slab was dug up to run electric to the front bar. The carved tiki's we found carved by an artist from Florida that sells them at a local fruit stand. The stools were purchased by the homeowner.
