A former hallway pantry closet was converted into this stylish and useful beverage center. Refrigerated drawers below the espresso machine keep ingredients cool, and a Calacatta quartzite insert repeats the finishes and materials used in the neighboring kitchen.

This bathroom had lacked storage with a pedestal sink. The yellow walls and dark tiled floors made the space feel dated and old. We updated the bathroom with light bright light blue paint, rich blue vanity cabinet, and black and white Design Evo flooring. With a smaller mirror, we are able to add in a light above the vanity. This helped the space feel bigger and updated with the fixtures and cabinet.

Rich, warm yet strikingly beautiful! This kitchen got a major overhaul with its oversized island housing a pre-sing, wine fridge, and tons of storage. Relocation of the refractor to make way for the gourmet range alongside the existing window framed sink. This kitchen is "L" shaped and has a hidden pantry built-in behind the fridge.

French Manor Mission Hills, Kansas This new Country French Manor style house is located on a one-acre site in Mission Hills, Kansas. Our design is a traditional 2-story center hall plan with the primary living areas on the first floor, placing the formal living and dining rooms to the front of the house and the informal breakfast and family rooms to the rear with direct access to the brick paved courtyard terrace and pool. The exterior building materials include oversized hand-made brick with cut limestone window sills and door surrounds and a sawn cedar shingle roofing. The Country French style of the interior of the house is detailed using traditional materials such as handmade terra cotta tile flooring, oak flooring in a herringbone pattern, reclaimed antique hand-hewn wood beams, style and rail wall paneling, Venetian plaster, and handmade iron stair railings. This Great room is where the family spends a majority of their time. A large navy blue velvet sectional is extra deep for hanging out or watching movies. We layered floral pillows, color blocked pillows, and a vintage rug fragment turned decorative pillow on the sectional. The sunny yellow chairs flank the fireplace and an oversized custom gray leather cocktail ottoman does double duty as a coffee table and extra seating. The large wood tray warms up the cool color palette. A trio of openwork brass chandeliers are scaled for the large space. We created a vertical element in the room with stacked gray stone and installed a reclaimed timber as a mantel.
