He delivered exactly what we were looking for, and was willing to work with our Builder to accept minor recommendations which enhanced the overall construction cost. His 3-D modeling system was very helpful to visualize just how the rooms will fit together. His pricing was fair and we are very happy customers. I would definitely work with him again.”

“I went to Scott after buying what should have been a tear down in Nashville's historic Belmont area. Knowing the house falls within the Historic District we knew we'd have a number of hurdles to jump to keep in their good graces while at the same time creating a showplace. We faced a number of challenges, not least of which was we had a tiny footprint, we wanted more square footage but we also wanted to respect the neighbors and not "overbuild". Scott listened to what we wanted... then turned his eye to design a house that not only exceeded expectations, but won two national awards from Qualified Remodeler! Scott Wilson Architect, LLC quite deservedly gets HIGH marks all around!!!”

“I moved into my mother's house and was not happy with the size of the kitchen. So I started looking at ideas for features I would like in my kitchen. Behind the kitchen was a laundry room that my mother turned into a walk-in pantry. The pantry was back to back with the coat closet in the living room. So with all my ideas and measurements Regina made a rough draft of the layout. She came over and we taped the areas on my living room floor so I could visualize the actual size of everything. She also helped by interviewing cabinet makers, choosing flooring that would work all the way through the living room and kitchen and was also pet friendly.”
