The most recent work he did was replacing two new storm doors on my front and back doors. He is efficient and his charges are reasonable. “PFS Inc. is exactly what they say they are, "Experts in the Foundation Stabilization industry". After numerous attempts by other so called contractors and house levelers, my floors are finally level. The project was dealing with our house of over 60 years in age. The main beam had severe water and termite damage. Precision Foundation Specialists replaced all of my damage wood and got the floors to within 1/4 inch of level. I could not believe it. The owner and all of his crew were highly respectful and helpful in explaining everything. It was explained to me as I know it was explained to the previous reviewer that, "If anyone tells you that they can guarantee the floors to be 100% level and also that drywall will go back together, they are not telling you the truth." Made sense to me and my husband. As Mr. Johnston called it, it just simple "SPOCK LOGIC". Mr. Johnston, owner, explained that to me upfront as well as explained the negative review left by 1969rs when I questioned him. My specific question to him was, "How come if the floors were SO un-level and the drywall did not close, why did he pay you?" Mr Johnston's response was, "Well, 1969rs (Rick Aron), never even attempted to contact us regarding anything before leaving that review. How can we, as a company, repair what we do not know about? We even made a 2 day follow up 30 days after the original work was done to make some minor adjustments without the client having to call us. Funny he never mentioned that in his review, don't you think mam?" I also wondered why it took 1969rs over 7 months to write a slanderous review. If my project was completed in May and I was not happy, I damn sure would not wait until December of the same year to write a negative review on Hoozz. Think about it folks before you take that review into thought. That is about the most honest answer an owner could have given me. Also, he showed me the pictures taken under the house of Mr. Aron's home as well as the laser elevations on the floor joists, main beams, girders, and all interior shots at door jamb and throughout the kitchen. That was more than proof enough for me and my husband to award the project to Mr. Johnston and his company, Precision Foundation Specialists Inc. I give them 5 stars for honesty, integrity, fortitude (dealt with freezing temps, ice and snow for over a week) and for being HUMBLE about answering my questions truthfully.
