“We have used Robert Voll and S-21 design numerous times over the past 5 years and have been wowed every time. Robert is a design genius with a flair for the contemporary. He finished our un-finished basement into a showcase level that outshines what I see on HGTV. Robert likes to do a lot of custom work and design that you won't find on store shelves or at your local home improvement store. Can you re-model or do home improvement projects yourself? Sure you can with the help of your local home improvement store, but when you want unique things that you wont see anywhere else Robert is your man. Despite our home having three and a half baths our basement bathroom is now the only one our family of five wants to use. Who can blame them you see the frameless glass enclosed steam shower with a floating glass bench large enough for two, and your choice of the hand held shower head, rain showerhead plus the bank of 12 body spays positioned conveniently throughout? It is like having our own spa in the basement. Robert also custom installed travertine tile through out the basement along with a custom designed bar. We have also used Robert for removing a fireplace and the surrounding walls that broke up our main level opening up the space from end to end. He then installed a vent less fireplace surrounded by built ins and a beautiful stone hearth on the far end of the living room. Again, all custom built that you wont find in anyone else's home. Robert has also done many smaller jobs for us such as installing a 2nd washer and dryer on our third floor in a bonus room off the master bathroom above the garage, talk about a convenience for a family of 5! He also recently painted our entire main level including ceilings. If Robert were to have a specialty I would have to say it is kitchen and bathroom design. His work and attention to detail is second to none and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting more than you will get going through a regular remodel contractor using off the shelf products! He can do that to, but if you are spending the money to redo a part of your house, why not make it unique? Chris Reisch”

“I was given an estimate and a start date and both were exactly what I received. I was told what was happening every step of the way and the guys were all great. I hated to see them leave because they all treated us like family. The work looks wonderful and even with the heavy rains we have had I have not had any problems. Our basement used to smell moldy and musty and was very damp but not anymore. I am so glad that I chose Bone Dry to water-proof our basement. Always on time and got the job done in the time they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. They dug a trench around the inside perimeter of the basement, put in a crock level with the floor to catch all the water and installed a pump to pump it all out. The trench has pipe in it to direct the water to the crock and it is all filled with concrete and they even did a very nice job on the concrete work.”

“This company was professional in dealing with me. The installation went smoothly and as described, and within the timeline provided. The elevator is quiet and operates without jerking and abrupt stops, unlike other residential elevators I have ridden. The installation of this elevator has given me back mobility I had lost. Where I went upstairs in the evening and downstairs in the morning, now I can go up and down whenever I want. I have not been on those 13 steps since the elevator was installed. “I was going to do this myself but really didn't want to climb up into my 1950"s attic with its rock wool insulation and muck around in there to get the job done. I had priced this out last summer and came in around $600-$800 using the blower and cellulose from the Big Box Home Store. Then I ran across a $300 coupon for these folks. Brian was prompt in calling back and getting over to climb into the attic to find out what it would cost me. No more than ten minutes later he was down and done and out the door. I had a quote that night. Wow! Really fast. After the coupon the bid came in a couple hundred over what had figured, and that's with more insulation, sealing, boxing, and work than I would have done. Of course I jumped right on that! They set up fast, got the job done right quick, cleaned up, and had me check it out before they left. They fixed a couple things for me to make it all nice, and off they went. It was amazingly smooth and efficient and, really important, a really good deal. I love these guys! I'm telling everyone I know who needs insulation or gutter guards to call them. Honest, quick, on time, kept in touch, nice local guys, and a great deal. You have to love that!”

“Mike Jensen of All Hours Lock and Key arrived a few minutes early to install deadbolt locks on our front and back door. Though he had already given us a reasonable estimate on brushed nickel deadbolts, I decided I would rather have him match our knobs and deadbolts with the rest of our outdoor hardware. Mike had two sets of brass hardware with him, and installed two doorknobs and two deadbolts in about 45 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, and best of all, my invoice was exactly what he told us it would be when he started (Hardware x 4 = $100; Travel Fee = $60; New Deadbolt Installation x 2 = $70; Doorknob Replacement x 2 = $20).”
