Would you please tell me what species of wood was used for the countertop, and what kind of finish and sealer?

The wood is Western Big Leaf Maple. If you look carefully, there are ironwood dovetail keys across the bark inclusion. It's filled with West Systems Epoxy and the finish is five coats of polyurethane varnish.
