The glass mosaic floor tile was purchased at Discover Tile in the Boston Design Center. I don't have the the exact spec anymore but if you call them, ask for Paige and show her the photo - I'm sure she can help you.

You're welcome. All tile was purchased there, including the glass liner above the base and the handmade subway tiles and chair rail tile on walls. Good luck!
