Your plant looks a little chlorotic in the 2nd pic, hard to see the color from the backlit first pic. Is the plant in the 2nd pic growing in water?

I believe it is either dracaena sanderiana of dracaena reflexa

It's a reflexa. Used to be considered a dracaena, now is called a pleiomele reflexa, or reflexa pleiomele, there seems to be some confusion. Unless they've renamed it again since a year ago. I think I would put those cuttings into soil.
