Before you pick up that bottle laying in your yard

I wasn't sure about posting this in the regular forum, so I thought maybe I should post it here. I received this disturbing email from my Dad today about "bottle bombs" being left in people's yards.

I got this email too.
I have a lot of trash thrown out on my street.
I will be careful about picking up any bottles with liquid still inside, after reading this. Will poke it with a long stick first.....

Thanks for the heads up. It is always baffling to me how people have such little regard for the safety and lives of others....just mind blowing. It never ceases to amaze me what people can think up these days.

Dolly, Yep, I got that as an email as well. Interesting. Although it seems like something my brother would have made as a teen a LONG time ago.... Teach children and people that if a bottle is swollen or melted that it could be caustic/toxic/bomb.
