Why no blooms on any of my fruit trees?

Hello,

I have 9 fruit trees that have been planted in the last 3-4 years: 2 peach (planted 4 years ago), 2 plum (2 years ago), 2 cherry (2 years ago), 1 nectarine (2 years ago) and 2 apple (planted last fall).

I wasn't really expecting anything from the apple trees yet, but I was expecting something from the peaches since I had about 20 really nice peaches from them last year. Was also thinking that maybe the cherry, plum and nectarine might have a few blooms this year.

Instead, I have absolutely nothing on any of them. I don't see any signs of disease on any of them. New shoots are growing like crazy on all of them and all the leaves look healthy. What could be the cause for no blooms?

I did spray dormant oil on them in mid to late March while we still had cold weather and none of the buds had opened. I also painted the trunks of all of them with white latex paint last fall. Could either of those things be the cause?

I'm in Northeast Ohio. I think that's zone 5B.

Thanks for any feedback.
