grew avos outside,while warm...winter?

I started these seeds outside in the spring and have some nice little plants growing. Now I'm starting to worry what to do when it starts to rain and get below 50.
Here, it shouldn't get much below 40. Should I bring this
plant inside for the winter?

Well, you're in a marginal zone for avocados, and they'll certainly take some cold damage / uglification during the Winter....but they'll probably survive. If you want them looking good, bring them in as houseplants. In subsequent years, as the trunks and branches thicken, you could leave them out most of the year, I think.

I'm pretty sure I need to bring this in by November ..but what kind of light .. inside the house... would it need.

Yes, bring them in and put them in the sunniest window you have. That's about all you can do, short of supplemental lighting.
