Lawn-Boy Project

Just picked-up a 1998 Lawn-Boy 10324. Paid $40 on craigslist for it. A little rough--looking, but it does run. I suspect it needs some carb work, and the deck needs a paint job. Should be a fun project, though! I'll post some pictures on here when I figure-out how.

A 10324 is well worth fixing up as it has the Duraforce engine. You'll find that Dupli-Color ceramic engine paint 'Grabber Green' is the right color for the deck and is very tough paint.

Thanks, saxman...my first question was going to be what's the closest match to Lawn-Boy green. The guy I bought it from had another LB, this one was a Supreme from the OMC days...maybe from the early '80's. It had electric start and an aluminum deck. Might have snagged that one as well, but one project at a time is all I have room for!

$40 is a good deal, I have lots of parts for those if you are in need. I bet you'll like it better than your Snapper. let me know of you want to move your Snapper. kyle_harris@mac.com
