I was looking for some help with this flower seen 4-2 near Charlotte. Oak-Hickory forest, shade, plant 12" tall with very small pinkish flowers and pubescent stems and leaves. I'm sure I've seen this before but can't find it on line. Thank you in advance.

    I think you are right. It may be Veronica hederifolia. Thanks for the help.

    Yes, V. hederifolia is the species shown.
