You can use wall sconces beside the mirrors if there's room to put one in the middle too (total of 3 sconces), because this will put the light at the side of your face where you need it for shaving or make-up. I would supplement this with a potlight close to the wall where shine directly down into the sink and bounce light back up.

Otherwise, look for lights that shine DOWN from above the mirror. Hope this helps.
