Shrubby honeysuckle.

Probably Lonicera morrowii or maybe Lonicera tatarica. (Morrow or Tatarian Honeysuckle) They're real weeds in some parts of the country, don't know about NH.

thanks all..i thought maybe a viburnum but the pics i found all had blue berries or different flowers.

Looks like Honeysuckle to me, too. I don't believe it's the invasive variety as that has flowers in varying shades of cream and white, not all uniformly white and the clusters are much larger in number of flowers.

There are a number of invasive honeysuckles, not just one type.....and most are considered invasive throughout the east coast. This is definitely a shrubby form, either Lonicera morrowii or L. maackii. Maackii or Amur honysuckle does produce smaller clusters of nearly pure white flowers that can age to a pale yellow.

Tatarian honeysuckle has pink flowers.
