Questions about white oak acorn

Hello,

I have searched the forum but don't see these specific questions answered. I hope you all can help!

Last year I collected 7 white oak acorns from our 1 giant oak tree. I put each of them in their own "air pot" (the ones with the holes for air pruning) and 3 of them have germinated and grown to about 5 inches tall. I moved the pots outside early this spring and put them in a shady corner of the house. Here are my questions....

1) can these little guys be planted directly into the ground now or in the fall or do I need to overwinter them again this fall in the garage. I hoping not to have to bring them in again...

2) I also bought several different types of white oak acorns from Sheffields Seeds that I have kept in the fridge since last fall. Can I plant them in pots (or the ground) now or do I need to wait until the fall? If in pots, when can I plant them outside in the ground.

Thanks so much for your help! I live in South/Central Indiana.
