Oh, Terry! Bless you. At least it sounds like it hasn't gotten into your eye, which is a good thing. Hope it clears up quickly. I had a mild case several years ago with a patch on my stomach and one on my back, right at the waist. Thank goodness it wasn't a bad case! No one will care how you look. Just come on.

Terry I am so sorry to hear you have the shingles. Have you gotten the shot yet to help them go away or should I say stop from progressing. My daughter had shingles when she was 14. I hope either way you get rid of them soon. Looking forward to Talladega...

Thanks for your kind thoughts. I was given a shot which contains cortisone which is supposed to stop the spreading inflammation. I was also given Valtrex which is an anti-viral. I kidded my wife that I was taking medicine for herpes. You know the Valtrex commercial - "I have herpes but my wide doesn't and we want to keep it that way." She failed to see the humor.

Well, some of really appreciate your "warped" sense of humor! Hope they are

I second your opinion that you've never really looked good, and agree with catbird that "no one will care how you look". Just bring me some plants and make sure you don't sit across from we while we're eating - I'd like to keep my food down.
