It looks like you live in a tropical paradise there. I especially like that white Brug.

Maybe one day I can talk my family into moving south. Maybe if I win the Lottery or if I get a higher paying job down there to transfer(I work IT so that shouldn't be hard to do). Also what is that plant in the foreground to the left of you?

The double white is a very good performer here blooming most of the year. In the background is a bouy found on the beach after Ike, it's in the DVD the storm chasers made!!

The plant in the front is a costus or spiral ginger. The chunk of wood by my hand used to be the support beam for the house, it was rotted in one spot & we replaced it, 20 years ago. It's cypress. Floated around the backyard in Ike. The other beam floated up in the alley & we found it there after the storm.

Come on down! UTMB is hiring again and will need LOTS of IT help.
