Those are the signs of leaf miners.

As rhizo mentioned, those shiny paths are from citrus leaf miners. Little moths lay eggs on fresh growth, and when the eggs hatch, they burrow into the new leaves. The larvae leave zig-zag patterns behind.

The damage is usually just cosmetic. Don't worry about removing the affected leaves since they're still producing energy for the plant.

If they're a big problem, you can treat with spinosad, from what I read (I don't have them in Nebraska, for obvious reasons). There's plenty of information on this forum if you'd like more information.

Citrus Leafminer. Just search our list, we have talked ad naseum about this annoying, but relatively harmless pest and how to treat. Do not remove the affected leaves. Most likely, the little larvae ha already exited (if not, simply squish it in the leaf).
