Otztal is Oetztal in pronounciation.

Someone can ask, how this beauties reach to the States? I guess by the private international scion exchange movement, which happens since a while.

Szolt, my friend, first I wanted to ask "How we can reach all these beauties to the Netherlands" :0)
I never spend a lot of time in Pinus cembra cultivars but now I've changed my mind, I've to visit Franz again before it's to late...
Luckely another friend which name is Clement does have also several Pinus cembra cultivars as well and I think we have to arrange some swappings which we allready do for the last several years :0)

    Edwin,
I think its a good decision. Cembras like no great heat, but many rains, high humidity, they are a perfect choose for Holland and the British Isles (and other wet areas).
Its somethimg very similar, as I recommend for these areas cypresses of the Himalaya instead of the dry or semidesert continental ones.
