The following is some info. that I found. The one thing that really stands out to me is the low bud count. Next, it is not a
rebloomer which in itself isn't a disqualifier but the two together? If the bloom is really outstanding in some way
then it could still be a keeper. But since you also stated you
don't have a lot of room I think I'd want something with a higher bud count also. And given where you are in such a warm climate there are ones that will give you lots of buds & rebloom. I don't grow it though and since looking at all this info. I think it'll not be on my want list either.
