I looked at seeds for the south personally, shipping was reasonable as well as the price for seeds was reasonable and many are on sale.
you can do a search on the internet by the name and will find customer reviews of the company. I would read those and then judge by those. That's what I do before ordering.

I order Ferry Morse seed from the seed racks at Lowes. So I was very interested in getting them for half price at Home Harvest. However, Home Harvest appears to have the less popular varieties and not the stuff I really wanted.

So maybe they're half price because they're unpopular, which is lucky for you if you happen like stuff other people can't appreciate!
