Apple Orange Chutney

What do you think of this Chutney recipe? Do you think there is to much citrus?

Apple Orange Chutney

8-10 large apples, peeled, cored and chopped

1 orange, chopped including peel

1 lemon, chopped including peel

1 c. dried apricots, chopped

1 small sweet red pepper, seeded and chopped

2 med sweet onions, chopped

1 c. raisins

2 cloves of garlic, minced

3 c. brown sugar

3 c. cider vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ground cloves

1 tsp allspice

Combine all in a large kettle and bring slowly to a boil, stirring often to keep from sticking. Boil till thick. Pour into hot jars, adjust lids and process in BWB 10 min.

Yield: 8 to 10 half pints
