Do Echinacea and Rudbeckia cross pollinate if planted together?

Hello,
I need some expert knowledge!
I have Echinacea purpurea plants, from which I want to obtain pure seeds.
In close vicinity of them I have quite a lot of Rudbeckias (Rudbeckia hirta) flowering. Will both species cross pollinate?
I am worried because I have seen a cross between the two for sale, so crossing them is possible, but will it occur naturally?
Do I have to destroy all my hundreds of Rudbeckia plants.... and those of my neighbours in order to obtain pure Echinacea seeds?

Both species will cross pollinate to produce echibeckia.

Here is an echibeckia pic. If you do want to get pure Echinacea seeds there are many methods on the internet to avoid cross pollination and not having to destroy your Rudbeckia.
