A beauty!! I can't grow these types of Dens, as the conditions aren't right...can't get it cold enough inside, and it's too cold outside. Is it fragrant?

Yeah I grow these really cold (down to low 30'sF).

Yes it's fragrant and it's quite pleasant without being too strong.

Very nice! Australian Den. hybrids are one of the few types of hybrids I grow. My greenhouse doesn't get below 45 F and usually is around 55 F for the low during winter and these bloom fine for me.

Growing down to low 30's is just an indication of how cold they can take it. I also believe a cool drop will mean better flowering but what do I know.

They will flower at higher temps but if you grow in a basement I would imagine you would need strong bulbs???

So very pretty!!! I've got one of these Aussie dends ordered...impulse buy. So I'll see if I can get it to bloom.
