you would need to have them scrapped and then skim coated and primed for wallpaper application.

I would love a sample of the wallpaper and am having a hard time finding the exact one online. Would you know where I could order it from?

If you're having a hard time finding it online it could be a discontinued pattern. This project was completed about 3 years ago so that would be a possibility. To get samples I would suggest either contacting a local retailer who sells Thybony wallpaper or hire a designer in your area.
