Hey, it's still green. I've seen plants with no leaves - just pods. That's even more pathetic. Your little guy will do just fine, though he could look worse shortly - bruising from the hail may not show up for a while.

djoy, as I look at that picture I can see some SLUGS and EARWIGS in the cracks of those stones. They come at night and have a feast.

Dennis, I hadn't considered damage due to bruising... going to have to keep an eye on some of my other plants. Might have to cook up some green peppers if they start getting mushy... constantly amazed at the resilience of many plants... love gardening.
kclost, I am putting that one in the tragic category. It seemed to be far from pathetic before that. I feel your pain.
