and sunny. With weather like that I was out planting again. I put in some highbush cranberries and giant bamboo. It will be interesting to see how they fare. The rest of my order from Dixondale arrived yesterday, so after lunch I'll be planting onions. My radishes are about 1/2" high.

Who else is out working in the garden?

I planted the onions as well as some leeks and a swamp chestnut oak that I've had in a pot since last summer. Onions and leeks are in the allium bed. The oak is now happily ensconced by one of the ponds. While not quite as warm as yesterday (only 70° right now), it's still been a great day for playing in the dirt.
