Well, as cold as those winds were yesterday (and today!) I'm glad MN threw a nice white blanket on the ground! Brrrrrrrr... baby it's cold outside....

You are so right about that, Lin ......that blanket will help protect a lot of the new growth. I have come to the conclusion that MN doesn't have the same man made calendar that we use ...........LOL>

No snow here - just gale force (cold!) winds. Cold and windy - my favorite kind of weather - ha!

I think it's going to be a day of folding clothes or something....catching up on all the indoor stuff that didn't get done last week because I was out enjoying the warm, sunny BEAUTIFUL weather LAST WEEK!

We live in north Dallas near Campbell & Coit and I went out this morning to measure how much snow we got and it measured 5 1/2 inches. Wow! It's melting pretty quickly but it's really pretty.

I was hoping it would skip us HA.....MN had her on plans for us. This has been a very cold winter and I'm so ready for spring not summer not yet, just some good ol' spring.

Hear me MN I'd love to have some spring pretty please with flowers on top :)

My drive to work Sunday morning was crazy! It looked fine here in Tarrant Co, but by the time I got to the mid-cities area, the accidents were everywhere! I didn't even know we had that many police cars in the metroplex. Highway 121 through Bedford and Grapevine was closed due to accidents.

I haven't looked at my garden yet, hope all the buds are ok.
