Can someone please tell me what tiles these are?

We are adding a new master bathroom to our home, and I really like the tiles in the bathroom shown in http://www.jenniferworts.com/images/gallery/large/bath72crop-large.jpg

Can someone please tell what kind of tiles these are and how this pattern has been put together? Or are they even tiles at all?

It's a glass tile mosaic. I'm not sure who's but I've seen it before. I had considered something like it but cant remember where I saw it.

This looks like the pattern to me and Somertile has a color called Cobalt. But I can't seem to find this exact pattern in cobalt. Maybe it's discontinued?
