Since this message has been at the top for nearly two weeks it seems not.
You could check with the local builders association. Meet with a few builders, ask to see some of the homes they've built, and check their references.
Also, every time I look at Houzz the photos that I'm looking at are interspersed with photos of homes from local builders, I'm assuming it's a sort of lowkey very targeted ad. You could check Houzz and see what builders are showing up for that area.
