Try architecturaldepot.com or vandykes.com. If this is a working fireplace, even a gas one, however, wooden corbels or other surronding pieces would be a code violation and a fire hazard.

That said, I find it odd that the wood corbels would be code violations when they're specifically advertised for fireplace mantels on those sites.
