Check with your local furniture repair services and/or upholtery services. Make sure they work with leather. They can fill the hole however it may be noticable.

I agree with Elite. In in my experience some leather repair companies are better than others. If you find a well qualified one you shouldn't be able to see the repair. I actually had my sofa repaired a few years ago and to be honest I can't even find or remember where the problem was.
