trane install prices seem way too high

I got my first quote from a Trane Dealer in Houston.

5 ton Central Air

XB14 with "matched" 80 furnace - $11000
XL15i with "matched" 80 furnace - $11843

I know that it is summertime, and this is Houston, but this price seems very, very high. Particularly since neither of these is the top of the line. XB is one level above contractor's grade. XL15i is up there, but not the top tier.
80 UAFE furnace should not be that expensive.
Any ideas. I do have more quotes coming in.
Maybe someone would recommend a brand other than Trane.
Thanks for the help.
