Switching from oil to heat pump

We moved in July to a house that has oil heat and after couple of tank refills at $750 already, I'm ready to switch. We got a quote for a complete new system. Our house is over 3,200 sf and currently have multizone oil boiler (forced air), oil heated 80 gal water heater, and two large AC units. Both boiler and AC units date from 1996. We plan to finish attic space in the future into a bedroom. The house is 50 years old. We live outside of Philly and natural gas is not an option.

Carrier Infinity 20 Heat Pulp 25NVA060
Carrier Infinity Coil FE4ANF006
GE Hybrid Water Heater GEH50DNRSA

$24644, includes 10 parts and labor warranty. Is this a fair quote? What do you think of the equipment quoted - a good option for our situation?
