Not a fan of Belgard, I think it looks cheap and doesn't hold up well. Got totally hosed by EP Henry on an install and will never use them again. I don't use Grinnell but a buddy of mine swears by them for lower-dollar installs. We can't get Unilock where I am but I've always admired it. I tend to specify Techo-Bloc because they're the mfr I know and like the best. Nicolock is a fine paver but I'm too turned off by some of their color options to use them much.

How are you doing your step risers?

I am researching belgard, unilock and cambridge and I now see Techo-Bloc as the options. I actually will be doing a patio area in front of a brownstone not the steps. I would like to use the best product for wear and tear that will not look worn out after 8-10 years(like my neighbor's currently does). I would appreciate any feedback on which of these companies has the best product. I seem to be initially drawn to the uni-lock "brussels block" but am interested in anyone's experience and advise. Thanks
