Considering linen upholstery

I will be slipcovering or upholstering my living room sofa (Queen Ann style) that resides in my living room. It gets VERY little use (typical living room, I guess). I have been looking at solid colored linen fabric and am wondering about it's"wrinkle" factor?? I have also seen some linen blends which could also be an option. Does anyone have linen and how does it look after someone sits on it?

Really depends on the weave and the blend. I have two chairs upholstered in linen and a sofa slipcovered in linen and neither of them wrinkle at all.

Wouldn't the fact that it's upholstered prevent it from wrinkling? I mean, it's tight enough that it wouldn't?

If you're looking at upholstery weight linens, not drapery weight, and the linen is meant for upholstery then it probably has a wrinkle resistant finish on it. Even so, If you slipcover you're going to have wrinkles, it's part of the look. If you upholster, like Tibbrix says, it's tight and wrinkling is not as much an issue.
