Murphy bed hardware experience?

We are looking into building a murphy bed, side tilt, in a media room we are planning. Has anyone had any experiences (good or bad) with a particular brand of murphy bed hardware? We want to incorporate the bed into a wall of shelves, and note that some manufacturers will provide plans/designs for cabinets for the bed. Just wondering about ease of use, customer support, etc. Thanks.

I do woodworking for a hobby. I have had good luck with Rockler products.

Thanks Geoffrey, I saw their site and it looks good. In fact, the quality of their hardware and wood products looks really good, in general. I live chatted with a rep for Rockler and she said the hardware comes with designs; user reviews on the site were good.
