Could you post a close-up of your trim? I like the look very much but it is hard to see the details from the picture.

I like the look of your windows. Are they double hung? How do they open? I see the locks and it looks like they lift up part way. I've never seen a window that didn't have the locks exactly in the middle of the window.

Those are double hung.

The windows shown are either the Okna 400 or 500 series double hung windows. Lock rail can be centered or manufactured with the lock rail off center. Nice looking arrangement. Okna is a very good window. Congrats

That window stile is what is know as a "cottage sash" or "Oriel", layout with the upper sash being smaller than the lower. You can also have them made the opposite way with some manufacturers.

Millworkman is correct, that's exactly what it is. Seems to be the Okna 500 series.
