What are the unfinished dimensions of this room?

I would love to do something like this but need to know how much raw space I would need

Once the lower level was measurable the cabinets were built and finished in our shop; that took about 12 weeks. The room was constructed during this time . The installation and finish work took about 5 more weeks. Hope that helps.

A lot! The cabinetry was over 100k, everything custom made in our shop out of bobinga, an African hard wood; the units are cooled internally at 57 degrees
This was the lower level of an addition so the costs are hard to breakout in this response

gorgeous and functional man cave! wouldn't even mind my husband having this as part of the house! great use of walls and the light leather chairs pop against the wood. Love it!
