Any granite similar look to marble?

I know this is a bathroom question but there is so much more traffic here than in bathrooms :)
I feel in love with this beige cream marble for my kids bathroom. The more I research it the more I think I will be better off with a granite, I am afraid of it getting ruined, even though my kids are careful. Is there any granite that would be similar to a beige cream marble? Thanks so much!

The top photo sure looks a lot like quartz, with which you can come very close to that look. It should stand up to a beating in the bathroom.

Here is a picture I took of the sample I had of the marble. It is Robow's cream beige marble top (there was a "TY" in the description in the sample too).

Maybe a quartz ? Like Caesarstone Dreamy Marfil or Silestone Daria or Silestone Caramel Rhine ?

I second the Dreamy Marfil quartz. It looks marble-esque without looking like a cheap knockoff. It's cream and brown.
