Do not accept a damaged sink. They can use it in their own house.

Do not accept. Which company did you order the two sinks from? There are better websites to order Silgranit sinks from that don't deliver defective sinks.

I've read on here that a few people have ordered from them and didn't have any problems, but I'm starting to wonder about them. On top of the sinks, I ordered 2 kitchen faucets and they only sent 1. Maybe my order was just one of those fluke sort of things???

I think I remeber seeing on here someone asking about the under side of the sink looking like that with pictures. They sent pictures to Blanco and Blanco said it was normal for the underside of the sink to look at that. You might want to send those pics to Blanco and ask, they respond quickly. Good Luck!

We have seen them look like that too.

I got mine from homeperfect and there weren't any areas that looked like that. I got 2x, a super single and large precis.

I had originally ordered a Silgranit sink from Home Depot and returned it as it was not in pristine shape (it had what looked like paint stains on it and some type of scratch)... I would also recommend ordering from homeandstone dot com as they won't be sending you a defective or previously returned item.

I just wanted to follow up with my initial question. I have contacted Blanco directly and they said my Precis large sink was perfectly normal and that it was safe to install. I also called Homeperfect.com about the cracked Diamond Super Single sink and they sent out a brand new one 2 days later.
