Dianthus I believe.

The second looks like some wall flower, Erysimum or Cheiranthus as an older synonym

I wonder where these wallflowers came from? Are they perennials? I have another in that same bed that was ID'd as a wallflower. But I never planted these that I know of

First one is Dianthus barbatus aka Sweet William. The second and third are Erysimum. They can be perennial in milder climates and especially if they have very sharp drainage.
