To Sync or Not to Sync

I am in the middle of our pool build. Our PB jest came to me with a question/suggestion.
We have a Hayward Color Logic pool light. We also have 4 bubblers with lights. Two on the Baja shelf and two on a ledge below and outside the rain waterfall.
He said with 3 sets of lights that will not sync anyway it is better to wire and program intentionally to not be on the same color. Sort of a random flow of colors to the point of wiring one on the side of the falls with one on the shelf and then the other on the side of the falls with the other on the Baja shelf and then the center pool Color Logic.
Can anyone give me your thoughts on this kind of setup? I cant seem to envision this wild a setup.

How about just choosing a light that syncs or a new controller? Matching products solves some of these problems most of the time.
