I'm no expert, but it looks like delicatus brown or cream to me.

I have a similiar size island.. I decided to place my sink in the island instead of the counter...my lay out is similiar, too...only I decided to go with four windows and no upper cabinets. Im always surprised more people don't place sink in island!
