Love this drawer! Is it all mesh, or is there a cooling unit too?

I have a drawer with holes drilled in the bottom that I use for fruits and vegetables, but not sure they're getting enough air. Any info appreciated. Thanks!

This vegetable drawer features a stainless steel lining. A mesh shelf suspends produce off the extreme bottom of the drawer. The ventilation does not extend through the bottom of the drawer.
