Beautiful! If you wouldn't mind sharing the approximate total cost, and what type of foundation it included to help us budget for a similar project? I'm guessing ~$100k on a slab?

Thank you for the kind complement. I'm so sorry I'm not at liberty to share costs associated with projects. So much depends on the amount of detail, quality of materials & construction costs in a given area. This project occurred in the Midwest and over a basement addition below. Footings were down to frost line and we have healthy labor costs locally.
